QUESTION’s

I’ve created a list of Frequently Asked Questions which you can refer to when it comes to a photography session. If you have any further questions, please click the contact link where i’ll be happy to address any question what haven’t been answered below.

How will I receive the finished images?

Completed images will be sent through 'WeTransfer' or a shared link via 'Google Drive'.

What is your turnaround in providing images taken from our shoot?

It’s often a fantastic experience to shoot, being the star of the show with all attention on yourself and no one else. Afterwards, all you can think is “I wonder how the images came out?” I always keep that in mind when developing the final images.

The processing time developing images is normally 5-7 days due to editing images for other clients. If you require the the images sooner (1-3 days turnaround) it will cost an additional £50. This will ensure your images become a priority.

Troy! It's forecasted to rain on the day of our shoot. What now?

Living in London, the weather can often be very unpredictable.

In the event of light rain, allowances can be made to continue with the shoot. If it's a torrential downpour, we can aim to re-schedule with an alternate date/time which is convenient for all.

NB: In all honesty if we're doing a 'outdoor portrait shoot', the rain can often add character for the location we embark on. The puddles and light bouncing off the wet London pavements can often be the recipe for some extraordinary images.

My point is…

DON’T WRITE IT OFF FULLY!! ☺️.

I’m sorry Troy. I’m currently running late. Will this affect our overall shooting time?

As much as we try to be on top with our timekeeping, anything can get in the way. Tube/Train delays, roadworks. You name it.

If I haven't another scheduled photoshoot, i'll be more than happy to continue our session for the duration booked. If however I do have a photoshoot afterwards, there's every possibility our time might be reduced. If possible, try and arrive around 15 minutes before our shoot. It can often help unsettle your nerves before shooting on Londons' means streets and it's the perfect moment to get acquainted.

Can I get all the RAW files of the images taken from our session?

If you require RAW images from the shoot, this will cost £100 on top of the session price.

How do I book a photography session?

Booking cannot be simpler. Click the contact tab and complete the form. Alternatively e-mail me directly at troy@odbphotography.com

Do you shoot same-sex couples?

Everyone regards of gender, ethnicity or sex has an opportunity to be a star in their own right in front of the camera.

Everyone is welcome!

How would you describe your photography style?

I like to be ‘stealth like’ when it comes to shooting. Photography often is about capturing those magical moments where a picture just speaks for itself. You end up dissecting the picture, section by section, admiring the beauty.

In saying that, being the director behind the camera and orchestrating how a subject looks and poses behind a tidy backdrop is extremely self satisfying and fulfilling.

Do I need to pay a deposit before booking?

To secure a booking, a 25% deposit will be required. This can be paid via bank transfer or PayPal. The deposit amount will be used against the overall cost of shoot.

Do you only shoot in London?

I’m available to shoot outside of London. Additional travel costs will apply however this can be discussed prior to booking.
